Brodi Lucas is virtually a nobody, who spends his life pretending he's a somebody. He grew up fabulous (read: gay) in a small pulp mill town on the north west coast of Tasmania, with nine siblings and an obviously bored mother.
He tells stories of almost killing elderly people at work, his mothers somewhat sceptical heart attack, and his multiple chins. Which, to be honest, sounds more like an episode of 60 Minutes than a comedy show. But Brodi's endearing quality invites you into his world to laugh at his mistakes and enjoy the fact that you're not him.
